“Invest in Fujian” Peer Matching and Partner Seeking Fair

2. Areas/Industries concerning Projects/Intentions
Infrastructure, manufacturing industry, high and new-technology industries, electronics, information, agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, service trade and other areas / industries.
3. Project Release
Projects for wooing will be released in advance on official websites of CIFIT (www.chinafair.org.cn) and “Invest in Fujian” Online (www.fjfdi.com).
4. Participants
Participants include governments, investment promotion agencies, associations of commerce, enterprises and intermediaries with investment intention and capital introduction intention, as well as government departments of Fujian province in charge of business and capital introduction and organizations with projects for wooing.
5. Sections for Business Talks
The fair consists of ten independent sections for business talks of respective sectors.
1) Section for Taiwan-funded projects, with desks for different investment intentions and demands.
2) Section for infrastructure projects, covering infrastructure, communications, sewage discharge, real estate and electric power, etc.
3) Section for manufacturing projects, mainly covering manufacturing industries. Equal importance will be placed on the introduction of foreign capital for both state-owned and individually-run enterprises.
4) Section for high and new-technology industry projects.
5) Section for information industry projects, mainly covering electronics and information industries.
6) Section for agriculture projects, mainly covering modern agriculture and food processing.
7) Section for forestry projects, mainly covering modern forestry and forestry product processing.
8) Section for environmental protection industry projects.
9) Section for service trade projects, mainly covering education, culture, health, and etc.
10)Section for projects of other areas or sectors.
6. Forms of Cooperation
Primary forms：joint venture, cooperative business operation, sole investment.
Other forms：foreign-funded joint-stock limited company, investment company, venture investment enterprises, research & development center, asset management corporation, BOT, TOT, merger, and etc.
